Get your communications of to a great start!

This in turn helps you determine the caller’s business name, where they’re calling from and other need-to-know information, helping you to create that all-important first impression.

The UK is the third most targeted country in the world for telephony fraud and hacking. Fraudsters hack into your PBX (Private Branch Exchange), normally out of office hours, and gain access to your phone system in seconds. They use advanced software packages to crack pass codes and bypass firewalls.

Once inside your system, hackers use it to route unauthorised and illegal calls to any location in the world. The stolen call time is sold on as legitimate call time in the form of calling cards and low-priced calling tariffs. In almost all cases there is a link to organised criminal gangs purporting to be legitimate businesses.

Figures from the Communications Fraud Control Association’s (CFCA) Telecoms Fraud Survey 2011 indicate that:

The United Kingdom is the third most targeted country in the world.

Our installation and onboarding process ensures you can get the most from your upgrade and new system from day one. Alongside installing the system itself, the YTS engineers deliver thorough training to you and your team so that you know how to use your phone system. They’ll be happy to answer any questions you may have throughout the process.

How long does installation take?

Your phone system installation will start just a few days after confirmation of your order. Not like most companies, we will build your system to the requirements set out in your survey meeting. The system will then be tested in house before we start booking in your install date to a time than suits you. Upon completion of the new hardware and software you will be required to sign off a training schedule that confirms you are happy with the new service. Next, we will start t migrate all of your business numbers into our platform and billing system to ensure there is no downtime and your business is not effected during the transition. As installations vary in complexity and size, it is difficult to give an exact timescale of how long this will take. We are proud to boast that our lead time from start to finish is within a 2 week period for your new system to be making and receiving calls.
